Juice Recipe: Casey’s Calm Juice

Prep time: 10 mins
Servings: 1 – 16oz juice

As we all know 2020 has been relentless but one thing that I’m grateful for is that this year has brought so many beautiful spirits into my life.

I met Casey at a beautiful Londrelle event. I’ll have to dedicate an entire post to the event because it truly was an amazing experience. Casey led an incredibly transformational breath work session. Her energy is that of the ocean, powerful yet calm. She’s a free spirit (I can relate!) and just all around dope.

I saw this juice recipe on her Instagram page and decided to give it a try. It’s sweet and super tasty (don’t skimp on the mint!). I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple

  • 1 large apple

  • 1 handful of mint

Instructions

  1. Wash all the produce well.

  2. Quarter and core the apple

  3. Remove pineapple skin and core

  4. Juice ingredients…enjoy!
