My Israeli salad showcases bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes which are all fresh and yummy in July.

Use fresh black-eyed peas and sweet summer corn instead of canned in this party and picnic appetizer.

Speaking of corn (and I mean who isn’t in the mood for it in summer?), throw some on the grill and then toss them in this quinoa salad with edamame (which also happens to be in-season this month!). Or do yourself a real favor and use seasonal grilled corn and zucchini in an EPP classic – CZB tacos. Trust me, they’re a classic for a reason.
