You Make All Things New…

For those of us participating in the Daniel Fast, we’ve made it to day 11. After a few rough days of detox last week, by this point in the fast you should be feeling amazing. On an Instagram Live I did yesterday, one of the participants said she felt so good being on the fast “that it was scary”.

You know what?

She’s right.

It’s scary that we don’t know how good God meant for our bodies to feel. We’re so used to being sick and tired. We’ve become accustomed to having everyday aches and pains. It’s become normal to have no energy, feel super sluggish and require 40oz of coffee a day just to stay awake.

But we were created to thrive. Not to moan and groan our way through this earth. How can we do our best work and bring God glory when we can barely make it through the day?

Enter the Daniel Fast.

What’s so beautiful about it is that it refreshes you mentally, physically, emotionally and most importantly spiritually. I pray that it does so in a way that impacts your health in all of the above mentioned elements leading you towards optimal wellness in the new year and beyond.

Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.
