Juice Recipe: Lean Green Juice

Prep time: 10 mins
Servings: 1 – 16oz juice

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber

  • 4 celery stalks

  • 1 green apple

  • 6 kale leaves (stalks included)

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 large knob of ginger (about 2 inches)


Instructions

  1. Wash all the produce well.

  2. Peel the lemon and core the apple.

  3. Juice ingredients…enjoy!
