Juice Recipe: Ros’ Jam

Many of you know that I offer health coaching services. This juice recipe was shared with me by one of my clients who has since turned into a friend. It’s unexpectedly delicious and satisfying – one of my favs!

Prep time: 10 mins
Servings: 1 – 16oz juice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb black magic grapes

  • 1-2 lemons


Instructions

  • Wash all the produce well.

  • Pull grapes from stem

  • Remove skin and pith from lemon

  • Juice ingredients…enjoy!
