Juice Recipe: What’s Up Doc?

Prep time: 10 mins
Servings: 1 – 16oz juice

Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots

  • 1 apple

  • As much ginger as you can stand (start with a 1″ knob and increase from there)


Instructions

  1. Wash all the produce well.

  2. Core the apple and cut it into juicer size pieces

  3. Juice ingredients…enjoy!
